HOW DO I REPORT A WARRANTY CLAIM?

End Users: Please contact the authorized Plantation Prestige dealer from whom the materials were purchased.

Authorized Dealers: Please fax or email the completed Warranty Registration form and contact our corporate office. Warranty Registration forms must be filled out and returned to Plantation Prestige within 30 days of receiving product.

DURING ASSEMBLY, I FOUND THAT THERE ARE DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS. HOW DO I OBTAIN REPLACEMENT PARTS?

End Users: Please contact the authorized Plantation Prestige dealer from whom the materials were purchased.

Authorized Dealers: Please contact our corporate office immediately upon discovering damaged or missing parts. Damaged and/or missing parts must be made aware to Plantation Prestige within 24 hours of accepting delivery.

CAN I ORDER AND PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ITEMS DIRECTLY FROM PLANTATION PRESTIGE?

Our distribution model is to go through a network of authorized Plantation Prestige dealers located throughout the United States.

End Users: must purchase our products through these distribution partners.

WHAT OTHER COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?

Black is the only standard color we offer at this point. However, should you have a large project requiring a substantial amount of materials, custom colors can be quoted and obtained. Please contact our corporate office to learn more about custom colors.

WHAT CAN I DO TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF MY FENCING PRODUCTS?

Our ornamental fence products are guaranteed to give you years of vibrant and attractive powder coat finish. However, over time any structure will accumulate dust, dirt, debris, etc. We recommend, when needed, to wipe down your ornamental fence product with a mild dishwashing soap and water. The dishwashing soap is safe to use on our powder coat finish, and will help cut the dirt and grime while also removing any water spots you may have on the fence. Just wipe down with a sponge or rag, rinse, and you’re done!

THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ARE MISSING FROM THE BOX. HOW DO I OBTAIN A COPY OF THEM?

The majority of our products ship as fully assembled pieces. However, there are some customers who prefer to receive unassembled material. If you received unassembled products and need assembly instructions, please contact our corporate office and we will be able to provide the instructions for the specific product you received.
